Standard Fees

Each notarization costs $10 per act, as per Oregon statute.

While the price per notarial act is always the same, travel fees (see the next column) may vary.

Travel and Fees

Travel fees for travel within Eugene and Springfield is standardly $35 during normal business hours.

After hours appointments and hospitals, care facilities, etc may incur an extra fee due to the time required to enter and exit.

Documents

In order to complete a notarial act, you will need to provide a valid government issued ID containing your name, photo. Expired IDs are acceptable within 3 years of expiration.

Misc.

If something happens to prevent notarization (invalid ID, document cannot be notarized, etc) then you will not be charged for the notarial act, but a travel fee will still be due.
